How to make a quick and easy Pumpkin Pie


Who has the time to make pumpkin puree from scratch and homemade crust with all of these holiday errands you have going on? I don't, but I DO have a wonderful quick and easy recipe that has all the flavors that say Happy Thanksgiving.

Pumpkin Pie Recipe

un baked 10" deep pie shell
2 (15oz) cans pumpkin
2 (14oz) cans sweetened condensed milk
4 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. clove
1 tsp. salt

Pour in a bowl all the ingredients and mix well
add to the unbaked pie shell
BAKE @ 425 for 14 mins
lower the heat to
BAKE 350 for 35-40 mins
cool and serve

  2. I have seen some people add evaporated milk instead of sweetened condensed milk. Is there a big difference in how the pie turns out?
