Coconut Pecan Topping
in a pot add
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 c. Evaporated Milk
3 eggs
1 1/4 brown sugar
over a medium heat stir constantly till it boils maybe 5-10 mins
take off the heat and add
7 oz. coconut
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c. toasted pecans
let cool then top on your German Chocolate Cake or Cupcakes..
