White Chocolate Peppermint Fudge
foil a 9 inch shallow pan and spray with butter
in a pot
2 c. Sugar
1/4 tbs butter
1/2 c. sour cream
place over medium high heat and reach 234 degrees (soft ball stage)
add
1/2 c. peppermints
12 oz white chocolate
1 jar marshmallow cream
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
cool 2-3 hours
cut into cubes
enjoy
