A crêpe or crepe is a French word which means a very thin pancake. Of course they are from France from the Latin word crispa, meaning "curled". This thin pancake is such a great item to make because the batter goes a long way. You can eat your crepe savory with items in it such as; spinach, shrimp, ham, eggs, or sweet; strawberries, nutella, lemon, and many types of fruit. 2 c. flour
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 c. milk
2 tbs butter
makes about 12 crepes
add all ingredients and pour batter onto a hot skillet let cook for 2 mins then flip then cool 2 mins remove
