How to make Cream Puffs

This week in Lovely Lady Land I make you guys a recipe that is so easy and tasty, cream puffs.  You might have seen them on a menu as a profiterole, choux à la crème, or pâte à choux which just means light pastry dough.  You might typically see them filled with sweets such as whipping cream like I have done here, ganache, ice-cream, or buttercream.  I also love them filled with savory foods such as tuna salad, chicken salad, cream-chesee and chives you name it the list goes on and on.  I hope you enjoy!
