  Lemon shortbread Cookies

cream together

2/3 c. butter

1/3 c. powder sugar

mix up 

add

1/4 c. leamon juice and the rind of 2 lemons

Sift:

1   3/4 c flour
2 tbs. cornstarch

1 tbs vanilla

rool in log 

chill for 1 hr

bake @ 350 for 10 mins
