How to make Coconut Macaroons

These coconut Macaroons are such a small, sweet treat. This is a perfect bite sized sweet and made with only 5 ingredients. Also, this treat is a passover favorite because it doesn't have any flour in it.

3 1/2 shredded coconut
2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg white
add all ingredients and place on parchment and
bake 325 for 20 mins
dipp in chocolate or drizzle on top
